About the Role
This role is ideal for high school students, college students, or individuals looking for hands‑on manufacturing experience during the summer. The responsibilities and expectations align with our Production Associate role, with on‑the‑job training provided.
Sustain the production process by completing assigned work accurately and on time
Read and follow work orders and job instructions provided by supervisors
Operate production equipment and tools in accordance with training and safety guidelines
Assemble, fabricate, package, and inspect products to meet quality standards
Perform quality checks using provided tools and guidelines
Complete packaging and shipping labels to ensure proper product delivery
Recognize production or quality issues and take corrective action or notify a supervisor
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Assist with material handling, inventory movement, and staging
Participate in cross‑functional teamwork and continuous improvement efforts
Comply with all quality, safety, and sanitation regulations
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
Must 18 years or older
In pursuit of a High school diploma or GED required
Ability to read and understand written instructions and basic work documents
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, measuring)
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift 50–75 lbs as needed
Willingness to learn, follow direction, and work as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a positive work attitude
