Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Work collectively with machine operators and Team Leads regarding machine repairs, machine delays, routine maintenance and recommended adjustments for equipment.

• Install, program and make adjustments to PLC controlled machines.

• Interpret blueprints used in the electrical and mechanical systems of the company.

• Ensures that the safety systems and installation procedures for guarding and interlocks meet safety standards.

• Responsible to complete Lock Out Tag Out procedures.

• OSHA job safety and health initiatives required of the organization.

• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.

• Participate in cross functional teams to ensure continuous on-going improvement of processes, methods, productivity and quality, while reducing costs.

• Comply with all quality, safety and sanitation regulations.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
