About the Role
We are looking for students who are interested in an internship for the Summer of 2025! We are open to hearing from any major if you are looking to find an internship in Spencer. Career exploration areas can include, but are not limited to, marketing, business office, accounting, engineering, lean manufacturing, or manufacturing processes.
Work on real projects our team is currently involved in.
Collaborate with teams and learn how to take thoughts into action.
See manufacturing from the inside and heighten business acumen skills.
Develop the skills to help you establish your professional future through real-world interactions.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree at a university or community college.
Enthusiasm to work in a team setting and engage in a variety of “hands-on” tasks.
Computer skills, including but not limited to Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
The initiative to further your educational skills in a fast-paced environment, with professionals who want to see you succeed.
