Under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer support and accurate order entry. This role serves as a key point of contact between MWI Components and its customers, ensuring a seamless experience through clear communication and efficient service.

• Serve as a liaison between MWI Components and customers by providing accurate information and timely responses to inquiries, concerns, and requests related to products and services.

• Understand the vital role customer service plays in revenue generation and customer retention, while promoting a positive company culture and contributing to the overall success of MWI Components.

• Clearly communicate with customers, internal staff, and management regarding product availability, pricing, and any service-related concerns.

• Efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously, such as handling phone calls while performing order entry and other data-related functions.

• Participate in cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement of processes, methods, productivity, and quality—while striving to reduce costs.

• Ensure compliance with all quality, safety, and sanitation regulations.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
