About the Role
Under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer support and accurate order entry. This role serves as a key point of contact between MWI Components and its customers, ensuring a seamless experience through clear communication and efficient service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve as a liaison between MWI Components and customers by providing accurate information and timely responses to inquiries, concerns, and requests related to products and services.
Understand the vital role customer service plays in revenue generation and customer retention, while promoting a positive company culture and contributing to the overall success of MWI Components.
Clearly communicate with customers, internal staff, and management regarding product availability, pricing, and any service-related concerns.
Efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously, such as handling phone calls while performing order entry and other data-related functions.
Participate in cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement of processes, methods, productivity, and quality—while striving to reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with all quality, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Education and/or Experience:
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of customer service experience.
