About the Role
Production Associates are responsible for safely and efficiently manufacturing high-quality Infinity Shield Reflective Insulation products while maintaining production standards, quality requirements, and customer expectations.
Read and follow production work orders, specifications, standard operating procedures, and instructions from supervisors to accurately complete production schedules on time.
Operate production equipment and perform assigned manufacturing tasks to ensure Infinity Shield Reflective Insulation products are produced according to established quality standards.
Conduct in-process and finished product quality inspections using established procedures, tools, and guidelines to verify product compliance and consistency.
Package finished products and complete all required production, inventory, shipping, and labeling documentation to ensure accurate identification and delivery.
Monitor equipment performance and production flow, promptly identifying quality, safety, or operational issues and taking corrective action or notifying a supervisor as appropriate.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all facility housekeeping, safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.
Participate in cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing safety, efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost reduction within the East Facility.
Support inventory accuracy by properly handling raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods throughout the manufacturing process.
Follow all company policies, quality management standards, and workplace safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform repetitive motions throughout an entire shift.
Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50-75 lbs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality Infinity Shield Reflective Insulation products.
Willingness to learn new processes, cross-train in multiple work areas, and work effectively as part of a team.
Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Desire to grow and develop with a stable, family-oriented company.
Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
